(www.besteknews.com)Verizon posted a blog complaining that slow streaming of Netflix services were caused to Netflix and not their(Verizon) services. Verizon decided to go pretty far with this issue by taking it to a blog. Of course they did not have much of a choice after too many of their customers complained of the issue. If you can remember a while back, other ISPs complained about the same problem but kept it pretty quiet unlike Verizon. The truth is that no matter what, there will always be pointing fingers when it comes to online services or ISP being slow.
In this particular case of Verizon pointing finger at Netflix, there are certain facts that disagree with it. With certain speed being provided, it doesn't matter what you are streaming, if the connection from the ISP is reliable, everything will run smooth. However if it is not, well i let you guess. However, if the problem comes from the online service side(Netflix), the site will simply shut down from not being able to handle several connection requests.
The last fact is that, since Verizon is the only ISP taking this problem pretty serious and others like Comcast, AT&T are fine, then i personally believe Verizon might want to check over their system to fix this issue.
As always, stay tuned for more news.
